TO THE ATTENTION OF SHAREHOLDERS OF JSC "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ"

JSC "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" continues the process of paying out unclaimed dividends. In order to ensure timely receipt of dividends, and in case banking details are not available in the shareholder registry, shareholders (or their legal successors/heirs) are kindly requested to contact the Shareholder Relations Department of JSC "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" and provide the following information:

• full bank details (bank name, transit account, TIN and MFO code of the bank, and shareholder’s bank card number);

• the shareholder’s personal identification number (PINF);

• a copy of the passport or the data from the identification ID card.

If the shareholder does not apply to receive the due dividends, please note that, in accordance with Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights", JSC "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" reserves the right to submit the matter for consideration at the General Meeting of Shareholders regarding transferring unclaimed dividends, not demanded by the owner or their legal successor or heir within three years, to the company’s ownership.
