To the Shareholders of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz”!

Shareholders holding preferred shares of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz” were entitled to dividends for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020 in the amount of 25% of the nominal value of the company’s shares.

JSC “Uzbekneftegaz” is ready to transfer the dividends. However, due to the absence of bank account details provided by some shareholders, transferring the dividends has not been possible.

To ensure timely receipt of the dividends, we kindly request that shareholders (or their legal successors or heirs) contact the Shareholder Relations Department of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz” and provide the following details:

• Bank account number, bank TIN, bank MFO, and the shareholder’s bank card number

• A copy of the shareholder’s passport
