To the attention of shareholders of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz"!

Holders of preferred shares of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" were allocated dividends in the amount of 25% of the nominal value of the company’s shares for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020.
JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" is ready to transfer dividends to shareholders, but due to the lack of bank account details provided by the shareholders, the transfer of dividends is currently not possible.
Therefore, in order to receive dividends in a timely manner, we kindly ask shareholders (or their legal successors/heirs) to contact the Shareholder Relations Department of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" and submit their bank details (account number, bank TIN, bank MFO, shareholder's card number) and a copy of the shareholder’s passport.
