Pipeline diagnostics.

  1. In-line diagnostics (ITD):

    • Measuring the wall thickness of pipes and fittings;

    • Determination of geometric parameters;

    • Detection of metal continuity defects on the internal and external surfaces of pipes;

    • Detection of dents, corrugations, edge offsets and geometric dimensions, including depth.

  2. Non-contact diagnostics:

    • Detection of pipeline defects (metal corrosion, cracks, weld defects, geometry changes, corrugations, stress-strain states);

    • Carrying out work without stopping or reducing the volume of raw material transportation, without cleaning and calibrating pipes, without re-equipping the pipeline;

    • Productivity up to 20 km/day;

    • The reliability of the identified defects is 90-93%.
