Visual and measurement control (VMC):

• Detection of deviations in the geometric shape of vessel elements;

• Identification and measurement of surface defects and damage to metal and welded joints of the vessel;

• Detection and assessment of corrosion and erosion wear of vessel elements;

• Identification of welding defects.

Ultrasonic testing (UT):

• Ultrasonic inspection of the base metal surface of vessel elements;

• Ultrasonic flaw detection of vessel welds.

Ultrasonic thickness measurement:

• Detection of delamination, defects, material heterogeneity, and wall thinning of the vessel.
