Comprehensive maintenance of the gas compressor units DKS "Bateman" (4 units of gas compressor units), DKS "KMPO" (5 units of gas compressor units), DKS "Severny Nishan" (4 units of gas compressor units) of the Shurtan NGDU according to the operating time and scheduled maintenance (maintenance of the compressor unit, gas compressor unit systems, gas turbine units and auxiliary equipment according to the regulations; medium, routine and major repairs of the compressor unit; restoration, modernization of the automation and fire extinguishing systems of the gas compressor unit, etc.);
3. Annual maintenance of the gas compressor units of the DKS "UPPBS" (8 units of gas compressor units), DKS "Yuzh. Tandircha" (2 units of gas compressor units) of the Shurtan NGDU according to the operating time and scheduled maintenance (maintenance of the compressor unit, gas compressor unit systems, gas turbine units and auxiliary equipment according to the regulations; medium, routine and major repairs of the compressor unit; restoration, modernization of the automation and fire extinguishing systems of the gas compressor unit, etc.);
4. Maintenance of automated process control systems, fire safety automation and instrumentation and automation systems for 26 compressor stations (maintenance, restoration and repair of systems, replacement of equipment, modernization, etc.);
5. Integrated production of repair and preventive works - Compressor service:
· major repairs of a fleet of centrifugal compressors (9 units) and steam turbines (3 units), including control valves, gas turbine attachments, shut-off valves, electrical equipment, oil systems, pumping equipment, calibration of instrumentation and automation at UzKorgaz (2024);
· major repairs of a fleet of centrifugal compressors (6 units) and steam turbines (3 units), including control valves, gas turbine attachments, shut-off valves, electrical equipment, oil systems, pumping equipment at the Shurtan Gas Chemical Combine (2024);
· repair and maintenance work on the process equipment fleet (absorbers, desorbers, heat exchangers, separators) at the Kandym Gas Processing Plant (2024);
- reconstruction of the Kagan compressor station of Uztransgaz JSC (repair of superchargers, updating of automated process control systems and fire safety automation, replacement of instrumentation and automation, replacement and adjustment of electrical equipment, etc.).
