A tender selection is announced for providing financial statement audit services.

Interested organizations are invited to participate in the tender.

Based on the results of the tender, the shareholders' meeting will approve the independent auditing organization and the maximum amount of payment for its services.

The tender proposal must contain the following documents:

• Application for participation in the tender with proposed contract terms (conducting dates, maximum service fee, etc.);

• A document confirming the right to provide auditing services, qualification certificates, and attests for employees;

• Information about the company;

• Information about the employees of the company;

Minimum requirements:

• Availability of an auditor with an international accounting certificate (CIPA, ACCA, CAP or including an exam in the subject "ISA Audit", MССБА, IFAC, and other international accounting certificates);

• At least 15 years of experience in the audit field;

• At least 5 years of experience in providing services to companies in the oil and gas industry.

Candidate documents will be accepted until 12:00 on May 15, 2023. Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will be considered invalid and will not be reviewed.
