Interested organizations are invited to participate in the tender.
As a result of the tender, an independent auditing organization will be approved by the general meeting of shareholders, as well as the maximum payment for its services.
The tender proposal must include the following documents:
Application for participation in the tender with proposed contract terms (timing, maximum service fee, etc.);
A document confirming the right to provide audit services, qualification certificates, and employee certificates;
Information about the company;
Information about the company's employees;
Minimum requirements:
Presence of an auditor with an international accounting certificate (CIPA, ACCA, CAP or including the "Audit under ISA" exam, MCSBA, IFAC, and other international accounting certificates);
At least 15 years of experience in the audit field;
At least 5 years of experience in providing services to companies in the oil and gas industry.
Candidate documents are accepted until 12:00 on May 15, 2024. Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will be considered invalid and will not be reviewed.
