JSC "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" continues the process of paying out unclaimed dividends. In order to receive your dividends on time, and in case your bank details are not recorded in the company’s shareholder register, we kindly ask shareholders (or their legal successors or heirs) to contact the Shareholder Relations Department of JSC "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" and provide the following:

• banking details (full name of the bank, transit account, TIN and MFO code, shareholder’s bank card number),

• personal identification number (PINFL) of the shareholder,

• a copy of the passport or ID card information.

If the shareholder does not apply for the due dividends, we hereby inform that, according to Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholder Rights”, JSC "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" reserves the right to submit the issue of unclaimed dividends to the general meeting of shareholders for decision on keeping them under the company’s control, if not claimed within three years by the owner or their legal successor/heir.
