Joint-Stock Company "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" announces a tender for the selection of an auditing organization to conduct a mandatory external audit of the financial statements of JSC "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" for the year 2025, in accordance with national and international auditing standards (ISA), and prepared in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Interested organizations are invited to participate in the tender.

Based on the tender results, the general meeting of shareholders will approve the independent auditing organization and the maximum amount payable for its services.

The tender proposal must include the following documents:

• an application for participation in the tender with proposed contract terms (execution period, maximum payment amount for services, etc.);

• a document confirming the right to provide auditing services, qualification certificates and attestations for staff members;

• company information;

• information about the company’s personnel;

Minimum requirements:

• presence of a staff auditor holding an international accounting certificate (CIPA, ACCA, CAP, or those including an exam in “ISA-based auditing”, MCCBA, IFAC, or other international accounting certifications);

• at least 15 years of experience in the auditing field;

• at least 5 years of experience in providing services to enterprises in the oil and gas industry.

Applications will be accepted until 12:00 PM on May 19, 2025. Proposals submitted after this deadline will be considered invalid and will not be reviewed.
