On January 20, 2023, an expanded discussion of the contractual obligations of Mahsusenergogaz JSC to the Mubarek GPP was held at the office of the Mubarek GPP.

During the meeting, the following were discussed:

1. Implementation of contractual obligations under the Targeted Construction Program. Reasons for non-fulfillment of obligations for 2022 and tasks for 2023. A decision was made to develop and approve network schedules for fulfilling the obligations of the parties in the context of projects.
2. Information on the fulfillment of service obligations for 2022, the reasons for non-fulfillment of certain issues, ways to solve them, as well as the tasks of the parties for 2023.

An agreement was adopted on a quarterly discussion of the implementation of existing contractual obligations to speed up the processes of their implementation.
